Accommodates up to 45 seated guests, or up to 100 for standing and roaming more
Umbrella Patio tables and high boy tables
Use of indoor restrooms
Full kitchen use – including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishware, etc.
Use of PA sound system
For cooler temps, use of outdoor propane heaters
Opportunity to bring in caterer and entertainment of your choice
Do-it-yourself decorations
Ability to bring your own alcohol, no liquor sales allowed
Use of outdoor hand-crafted bar and counter area
Day and evening rentals available, seven days a week
